Consultex was created in Geneva, Switzerland in 1972 as an international business development and consulting firm. During the last three decades the company has carried out a wide range of assignments for several hundred corporate, institutional, and government clients in many different countries.

It works on a retainer and success-fee basis in business development work, as well as on a fixed-fee basis for consulting assignments related to an investment, acquisition, merger or divestiture decision.
